This hands on, interactive workshop is a 1 hour intensive course designed as a primer for designers specifying textiles for windows in a contract environment. There are many criteria that go into selecting the right fabric and the right window fabrication combination. Beyond selecting fabrics for aesthetics, designers will learn about fiber selection, hand and drape, code requirements and the most common fabrications for contract windows. This course will arm designers with the questions to ask, enabling them to make the optimal choice for the desired end result.
