The 11th floor elevator lobbies and corridors of the Merchandise Mart in Chicago were designed by Marquardt+ with the intention to withstand high levels of traffic. Hosting the Architect & Designer industry event Neocon, these Xorel elevator lobbies and corridors welcome over 60,000 attendees each spring.
